My external hard disk died tonight. Totally fucked after like barely 18 months. It was a seagate. I'm getting a Maxtor next time, i think that's what Apple uses and i've never had an internal drive fuck up on me.

Managed to get valuable project edit files off it before it went kapoot, but it means I currently don't have a showreel (it was always an in progress final cut project) and now I'm only like 3 weeks behind on my afghanistan project.
